Important dates & instructions
Admission Date: 27th, 28th & 29th August 2019
Time: 11am-4pm
Candidate should report to IQ City
Institute of Nursing Sciences, Durgapur for admission.
They should bring the following original
documents for verification & a set of xerox copy of all the relevant
documents
- Admit card of admission test
- Receipt of application fee
- Mark sheet of H.S Examination/ equivalent examination
- Id proof- Aadhar Card/Voter Id/Passport
- Age proof –admit card/ certificate of secondary examination
- Domiciliary certificate/residential certificate in prescribed format issued only by the government gazetted officer of the concerned district where the candidates resides/ sabhadhipati of the local zilla parishad/ sabhapati of local panchayet samiti/prodhan of local gram panchayet/ mayor or councillor of local municipal corporation/chairmen of local municipality / ward councillor of local municipality/ local M.P/ local M.L.A mentioning that the candidate has been residing there permanently or for the period of last five years till date.
